Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, upon application in writing, the Secretary of the Interior is authorized in his discretion to issue to Robert E. Doyle a patent in fee to the following-described lands situated in Big Horn County, Montana: The north half of the northwest quarter, the southeast quarter of the northwest quarter, and the southwest quarter, section 28; the north half of the northwest quarter, the southeast quarter of the northwest quarter, and the southwest quarter, section 28; the north half of the northeast quarter, the southwest quarter of the northeast quarter, the

south-east quarter, and the east half of the east half of the west half, section 29; township 8 south, range 37 east, Montana principal meridian, containing six hundred and forty acres.
