Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the provisions of the Act entitled "An Act to provide for the sale of desert lands in certain States and Territories,"
approved March 3, 1877 (19 Stat. 377), and Acts amendatory thereof, are made applicable to the ceded lands on the former Fort
Hall Indian Reservation opened to entry by the Act of June 6, 1900 (31 Stat. 672): Provided, That no land shall be disposed of at less than the price fixed by that Act.
