To day in
the morning I have been
Sitting and thinking about
you our good friend Mrs
Wicks Send to me your
address and tell us about
all and So I can write
to you. she Say that
next first day august
you will Come back
at new York. My Dear

to me I shall never forget.

Come back home, afterwa-

I am very glad in My

White Mother Mrs Burnham
we want to See her
very much. I hope next
Summer Come See us
Some time I have been Sick
and get well again; and
So I have not much
write friends at the East

I think he will take Superintendents and to
teach Kiowa Children about better way.

we tell about you that north Cheyenne

getting home there Some Soldiers with them
this summer Capt R H Pratt2 wrote to me

the horse back I will try
throw Rope and catch
horse head we want
ride about five miles
and to See Sick people
only one I have horse

little while It is very hard
My I am busy Some time I take
walk about six eight
and more miles I am get
very tired Mr Wicks tell me
I to do so around find
Sick people this Country
most every day warm hot
and So I am not very strong
yet Perhaps soon I am Strong
Miss Carrie Wicks when Come
at Indian Territory all very
glad See her and very
glad See us too that time
the Indian people every
year but is improving
many different busy
farming Some Care of
Cattle freighting and the

and it all makes my
heart very glad. Some
time I go way down
to Kiowa Agency make
visit now not Since My
return Indian Territory
I never Saw any more
Buffalo all gone and
so Indian Territory people
try hard work make
corn I think we Stop
