	Darlington June 17^th 1881 My Dear House Mother¹ Since I arrived to here Cheyenne Agency I was very much pleased to get my own home and quite Delighted to met so many friend Indian make me very glad all shake hand with me I am very Sure all from in my heart and also My Dear poor Mother brother and sister and all My Indian friend. My Mother embrace me kiss me She spoke to me she say think dream and I say ¹David Pendleton Oakerhater's term of address for Mrs Mary Burnham.
