|Chap. 460||Indians. Availability of designated tribal funds.|
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That notwithstanding any other provision of existing law, the tribal funds now on deposit or hereafter placed to the credit of the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes of Indians of the Flathead Reservation in Montana,
in the United States Treasury, shall be available for such purposes as may be designated by the tribal council of said tribe and approved by the Secretary of the Interior: Provided, That any expenditures so designated and approved shall be in accordance with the provisions of the tribal constitution and charter.
